Acts 20:7 is not the Lord's Supper

It has been asserted that "break bread" in Acts 20:7 does not refer to the Lord's supper. The one asserting such tells me that "the two elements, bread and fruit of the vine, are not mentioned and therefore it was a common meal" and that "If the Holy Spirit had meant the Lord's supper, He would have mentioned these two elements."

I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts.
