Hi Kellen, You might know that I have ran in to your Mom and Dad before all this happened a couple of times. I have been following you over the years in the paper and read the blogs on your site. I always knew you were a gifted athlete even at a very young age. I really enjoyed watching your baseball skills. As most of us know, it takes an enormous athletic ability to succesfully race. That ability is not only physical but mental and emotional. I just want you and your family to know that early on in this ordeal I have had extreme confidence in your ability to persevere and succede in your rehabilitation. That is through your abilities I've mentioned that were demonstrated to me when you were so young. Come on, how many 9 year olds would stand up to the plate with some 175 lb. 12 year old throwing wild 65mph pitches at them. Go Kellen!!!
