It's interesting that Sanotint Classic has a little PPD in it, because PPD is not at all listed in the ingredients nor on their website. This can be terrible for those who are severely allergic to PPD and cannot be exposed to even the tiniest amount.
After reading this post, I decided to do further research on the web and came across this message:

Apparently, Sanotint uses PPD derivatives, which function similarly to PPDs.
I'm not sure I even want to try the patch test now.
