If aveda makeup is sold there, all that is sold there will comply. The company is pretty good about following rules. I think there were some colors they came out with when they were bought by Estee Lauder a while ago. I am not sure of the PPD is still being added, but I still think it needs to be watched. The previous owner would not have allowed it. I am not sure what has been going on lately, they kind of have playing with the makeup lines. there is a complete new launch coming in January AGAIN. Third time in 4 years. (very expensive for salons, we have to replace testers, and sell all old stock, then replace all stock) So, it could be because of the PPD issue....
