think PPD is banned for use in (non-hair) cosmetics in all of the European Union.
(Although some countries could have their own directives..)
I didn't even get cosmetics listed on my doctors recommendation notes for possible PPD-sources..

I'm not a scientist and I don't have that much more chemical-education than ordinary people.
