For all you girls and boys tired of messing with dyes and bleaches wink.gif
Check out this page for inspiration.

Is it just me, or does grey/white hair make people look more intelligent?!
When my hair turns grey, I'm totally going for that look, it's freakin' hot :D

I say good for you and for them! happy.gif (Not meant with sarcasm, just to clarify. I am even jealous.)

Unfortunately, for my skin color (pale, freckly, and purple bags under my eyes) gray does not suit me at all. On top of that, I had my daughter later in life and don't really need for her friends and their parents to know. I also wouldn't want to embarrass her either. Or, truth be told, maybe it's just me and I prefer people not know my age. I would probably look a lot older with gray hairs.

Thanks for sharing the site. I DO see women who look great with gray hair. I just don't see me as one of them. Besides, I have NO doubt that it IS possible to manufacture a dye w/o PPD. I'll accept that the color won't last as long, but c'mon, how hard can this be? It's just unfortunate manufacturers are only interested in the mass and not us few sensitive types. I also don't believe it's as FEW as they claim.

And that my dear, that is why I'm here. happy.gif I just want to get a voice out there for all of us. Okay, I sound like I'm getting on a soap box, but the more we unite, the louder our voice. LOL I know this sounds really lame... wink.gif

I am SOOO sorry, but I disagree. I think women with grey hair look tired, and hagard. It also immediately makes them look ten to fifteen years older than they are. Sorry, but it's the truth. it is also the same with men, but they are in denial...

I agree gogo, how hard can it be once they REALLY put their minds into making a safe option?!
And a FEW people like they say.. Thats just BS.
My allergy-specialist said that this is NOT uncommon and that he didn't understand how it could be allowed on the market.

I've actually never seen someone with white/gray hair that I thought looked old and tired.
But maybe it looks "better" on scandinavians or something?

The 50+ women with multicolored hair (what's up with coloring SPOTS of your hair??), dark foundation and dyed eyebrows, THOSE women look old to me. It looks like they're clinging on to some vision of youth, but they're doing it wrong.. :P
But that's just my opinion.

And gogo, great for you that you had your daughter late in life, I was always a bit jealous about some of my friends for having "older" parents. Yes, it's true happy.gif

I totally agree with you about the dark spots of hair, dark foundation, and dyed eyebrows! :D I like natural looks, just a combo of natural with youth. All grey is not in the best interest of my profession, but most people do not actually go all grey in a natural pretty silvery way. Every one of my clients that has a color gets something that looks very close to what grows out of their head, and is an enhancement to what they have. I am not a typical hairdresser, more like a granola cruncher with scissors...LOL (and a bottle of vinegar and a cleaning sponge)

I also agree about gogo, and you should see her baby girl, OMG, so beautiful!!!!
