How to get kids interested in clouds

One day, I was sitting next to a mum and her four or five year old duaghter. They were reading a magazine together, you know the kind that you get when you go to informative attractions (ie: Eden Project in Cornwall, where we were) The mother asked the daughter a question in the magazine. 'Did you know that people use bamboo for instruments?' The child was able to answer the question, referring back to a show that she liked watching, going into detail about it and leaving the mum speechless and possibly feeling either silly that a five year old knew something she probably didn't, or wondering how her kid could know that.
Which proves that kiddies shows are educational. And fun - I watch them myself. Sometimes. So - why not have a TV show about clouds?

Oh - Up! I thought the letters U and P stood for something when you wrote it like that. I'll check...

As long as its nothing like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, which was also in the cinema and had a cloudy/sky theme, but also a very worrying message about weather modification.
