When giving charity I think that something like that would be greatly appreciated. Understanding that you would want to use a yarn that is soft. My favorite is soft eco friendly yarn by Caron. When gifts are given they are to families that are in a real need, so I feel a handmade onesie would be something that a parent would love to put on their new baby to keep him or her warm. I would put them on my grandbabies!
