Anyone who has lost a child knows what a long hard journey it is. It changes you forever. You also know that sometimes help can come from where you least expect it. Maybe from the words of a stranger, the hug of a child or the simple act of waking up one morning and not crying. You will hold a special place for that child in your heart forever. Little by little your heart and soul begin to heal. It is then that you realize that you know the meaning of pure, unconditional, perfect love. It is with this love and understanding that Newborns in Need is providing you a place to seek solace and comfort. Sophie’s Place, named after a little girl who lives in our hearts, is a place to grieve, post your thoughts and hopefully find inner peace and comfort.
