Here's a project that required much attention. A new retaining wall was build, stairs were installed, so the entry way was usable again, and a roof, walls and door were installed to keep out waeather, and water.Before...

Here's another that required a bit of digging. THe building was origionally sitting on dirt, and the hill side in the back was coming into the walls, I had to jack the corner, chop off all the rotted wall parts, digg deep enough for a new footer, build a frost wall, replace the toe plates, and set them on the new retaining wall, amongst a list of other things in the end that saved this section of building from falling over.
