Great time had by all, huge crowd, they close the streets, and celebrate the holidays in style. I'd like to thank the Owego Chamber, and The Hand Of Man gift Shoppe for all their help, and hospitality. The hand of Man has a cafe in back and provided us with nice hot coffee, and some awsome chowdah!
