top end restoration...

Crumbling concrete stairs get a face lift with nice slate stone tile... Hand ralis needed rplacing, as well as some parging, and a new step for the crumbling side walk.
BEFORE [linked image]

Demolition is a precise measure... [linked image]

AFTER , rotted handrails, and posts replaced, side walk repaired to a safe state, and landing fully restored. [linked image]
