Hi Annie your problem is a serious one faced by lot of women now a days. There are different solutions available for you today. Among them, surgery is not a safe way to solve the problem. I haven't heard a lot about Zoft gum but I do know that gum has REALLY good absorption. Sometimes when you take herbal supplements and other pills/vitamins....some of the nutrients get lost in the process in digestion. Usually when a site has a lot of hype though....I've found out through experience, that it's not all it's said to be.
