You can set your name to appear automatically every time you post a message by simply amending your profile.
Click on 'My Account' and then click on 'Profile' and then enter your name in the field at the top where it says 'Name'. Now whatever you enter there will appear automatically as your name every time you start to write a message.
This allows you to post messages without having to enter your name for every message you write.
