This is a simple procedure.
Click on 'My Account' and then click on 'Profile' and you will see a field called 'External E-Mail' which is about half way down the list.
Enter or remove your e-mail address here and then click at the bottom to save the changes.
Note that if you remove your e-mail address from your account you will not be able to recover a forgotten login or password in the future.
Note also that removing your e-mail address prevents you from using the option "also send responses to my e-mail address" which you are offered whenever you post a message.
