How to setup an automated signature for your messages.
When you write a new message you will find a checkbox at the bottom of the message which says "Include Signature".
Check the box.
Below that there is a link which says "Plain Text Signature".
Click on the link, enter your signature, and then post your message as usual.
You will see the signature you entered appear on your message and it will appear on all your messages from then on, unless and until you change the settings.
