Uploading your avatar (personal picture) to appear with your messages is a simple procedure.
Click on 'My Account' and then click on 'Personal Photo' and when ready click on the 'Upload' button.
Your pic should be a JPEG, GIF, or PNG, less than 128KB in size, and will be automatically formatted to 70x70 pixels.
For best results you can format the pic to 70x70 pixels before uploading it.
