The council legal department is looking at the issue as we speak. Apparently the Conservative agent agreed that the result was incorrect, and indicated her willingness to accept the correct result. But because it had been declared, it apparently needs legal moves to get it changed. I hope the council eventually decides that it can be changed, and we do not have to take the expensive alternative of a high court action.
