Don't tell them you built it,,,it will be titled as a homebuilt or rebuilt. The value is now lost and you are doubling the cost of insurance..Visit an HD dealership with an affidavit have them stated the bike was reconstructed to HD specs by a HD restore/tech..You even try Deeleys they have some pull in the HD world
