Buyers and sellers of engines and frames should understand the legal status of the parts before the sale. Avoid problems and have the status understood up front. State conditions of the sale beforehand, and stick to the agreement. Parts known to be stolen or have bad numbers SHOULD NOT be bought or sold on The Horse Swap Board in the first place. Buyers beware but sellers be responsible. Long flaming posts clogging up the board are no fun. Avoid them by having all conditions understood and settled up front.
