Shovel motor

by (no login)

Putting feelers out there, I have a motor that needs assembly and some parts to complete. 92" shovel cone motor, OE cases (blasted, lined lapped, ready to go) with new hardware and new Timkins. OE heads, totally rebuilt, and set up for high lift cam. (Actually, set up for the use of one of 2 specific cams). Truett& Osborn 4.75" flywheel. Totally redone. S&S pistons, forged, 9:1 claimed compression ratio, 3.498 bore. HD cylinders, powdered gloss black. S&S oil pump (not the billet one). Bare rocker boxes, gaskets, pinion gear kit, lifter blocks/tappets, and more. I am firm at $2500.

If serious, by all means, contact me for more info and pics. I also have a Tjetted S&S B, rebuilt, Dyna S single fire or Hunt horizontal mag (totally rebuilt), and a set of nice true shot gun pipes, of course, not included in the above price. I will NOT sell this separately, but will with the sale of the motor.

This was a part of a roller I was lookin to get rid of, which is still available as well if interested.

Thanks,
Dan.

Paughco roller from below...

Still have the roller and motor from the post below. I am at the point now where I might be willing to seperate it all, in order to free up some funds for a bike I want to pick up. Having said that, I would prefer to sell it all together (one package), will give a better shake on it if it is sold all together.
Photos available, title on frame, and bills of sales for everything else.
In southern Manitoba, will deliver within reason, for the right price.

Paughco roller and more...

by (no login)

Just putting out feelers for now...I have sort of changed my mind on this bike, and to go in a different direction, I need to get rid of it. If I can't get what I have into it back (within reason, of course), I'll just build it.

Here is what's available;

Paughco rigid frame(new), 4 spd belt drive, 30* neck (cups and bearings installed already), 2.25 in the legs. The axle plate inside dimensions allow a 180 tire with offset trans plate. Trans plate included, it's a FabKev plate. Axle is also there.

39MM front end, single disc, both trees aluminum, used, but in primo shape. Caliper (have matching fr.master if needed), 21" front wheel and tire (both brand new),and disc (new) are included.

Brand new avon 180 on a 16x5.5 rim, also new, 60 spoke. rear disc is included (new) as well as FabKev "retro" caliper and stainless bracket kit.

Shovel motor, in need of assembly. Rather than type out all specs, I'll just say this. Everything that could be redone, was. Heads, cases, flywheel assembly, pistons/cyl, etc. Once all said and done, it will yield 92" with 9:1 compression. It needs a few pieces to complete, again, I will let interested parties know.

Now I know the rules, price and location is wanted. Well, I am in southern Manitoba, and as far as price goes, you guys know what this stuff goes for new/used. You ain't stupid. Like I said, if I can get most of it back, away she goes. If you are serious, I will tally it all up, and let you know. I am more than willing to deliver as well. So you boys in Sask, NW Ont, Alberta, and anywhere in Mb, just so you know, I am willing to travel somewhat, hell, who don't like a road trip now and then??

This is a great start on a nice ride, and have lots of other parts I can include (oil tanks etc) if wanted. Oh yea, I do have pics available.

Thanks guys, e mail me.
Dan.
