What do you have available to use for the transferance?
Disketts? Get several thousand and use WinZip in SPAN mode.
CD-R? Get several CDRWs and transfer that way.
Tape? Get several tapes (and make sure the other sys has a tape device that can read the compressed data)
Phone Line? Get 'PC Anywhere' software installed on both systems (it's not internet-more like remote admin).
