New ranks and rules should be added

Cetain ranks should allow certain skills to be used.

necros:lieutenant or something : he can call all his troops(melee skeletons) in as backup.

Amazon:
Sniper: Allow GA, no strafe or multishot allowed.
Heavy Weapons guy: Allow Strafe(Gatling gun), multi shot(shotgun)
Freeze arrow should be allowed in riot conditions

Barb:
Since he is the commander, he should hold the general's tan do li ga to represent his rank in non-riot conditions.
Lunatic rank: Berserk, lvl 20 warcry and grim ward should be allowed(he's really mad now)

Druid:cant think of anything yet

Pally:
Arrester: Use zeal if needed and conversion all the time.
medic: able to use Prayer, lvl 20 holy bolt and defiance.

Assassin:cant think of anything yet

Sorcs:cant think of anything
