I think it rather ludicrous to believe that you were intentionally set up.
And I think you have a right to be mad for losing all that money, and for MS having tarnished (ruined?) your reputation.
Whether they purposefully set you up or not, I can't say. I think the idea is somewhat absurd. But, I could be 100% wrong, so take it however you like. I DO think that when you failed the deadline due to their faulty OS, they spread word of "your failure", which killed your rep and sunk your company. For that, I think you are justified in being angry.
Some say let bygones be bygones. Others take their grudges to their graves. Me... I take what comes. Do as you like. I just hope that, in sharing, you take SOMETHING positive out of all of this.
