Notice my parenthetical. Bad Williams movies are mostly a 90's trend.
Patch Adams: Cinematic malpractice
What Dreams May Come: F*ed up
Bicentennial Man: Heard this was just awful.
Now the trend seems to be fading. I've heard good things about One Hour Photo, Insomnia, and I rather liked Death to Smoochy (specific-taste sort of comedy, though). Plus DtS had Ed Norton. (Whoo!)
I've seen only the beginning and end of DPS. Seemed like a specific-taste sort of movie. Same with GMV. Awakenings was good. The Birdcage I found interesting; not bad, not exceptionally good, but it certainly was different.
