We are on West. Since the new interface takes you to the lobby upon joining bnet and everytime you quit a game (it is rather annoying to rejoin channel) so the Channel remains unused for the most part. About the only time we use the channel RBD is when Bnet crash a coop game.
Your best bet is to check all RBD(n) games without the password and see what games are up. N being 1-9, 1-3 is normal diff, 4-6 is NM and 7-9 Hell.
