      We can't judge the man on his personal practices, only on his ability to do the job. After all, there is an established precident where someone can have all sorts of turmoil around them and they would NEVER do anything, like launch cruise missles, etc to take the heat off their personel problems.

      BTW, personel was spelled that way on purpose.
