-The echoing beat of the horse's hooves pounded the ground as she rode the white steed into the clearing. She had returned. She was home again. Or at least what she hoped was home still. Her hand clutched at the leather medalion that Ghaleon had given her. Her cloak tattered and torn, her armor scratched, dulled. Blood from countless battles rested upon her clothing. She'd taken little with her when she left. Only what she needed. She'd bested the Dragon in his own game. A feat not many could do. She felt no pride in this. It was something that needed done. To obtain that which she sought. The scrolls and books she'd won in her games with ancient beast were tucked away safely. She reined the horse to a stop, slipping from the mighty beasts back, and grabbed the saddlebags, flinging them over her shoulder. She looked at the entryway and a smile crossed her crimson lips as she patted the rump of the horse allowing him to wander off into the clearing. She suddenly just disapeared.-

-Appearing in her quarters, she sighed heavily. She was tired. Worn out from the long trek, as well as her meeting with the Dragon. Carefully laying the bags upon her cot, she stretched. Then went about cleaning up. As tired as she was, her excitement at being home again was overwhelming almost. She remembered the glade, and Ghaleon's words. Her hand brushed over the medalion again, as she settled down in the main room to read and have a well deserved drink...-
