Nurse Practitioner (specifically for the deaf)

I want to attend San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton California. I want to become a nurse practitioner, working specifically with the deaf. I haven't yet decided which field of nursing I would like to specialize in. But I am looking for deaf communities in America to possibly becoem involved in when I get a degree in Nursing. Do you have any suggestions for finding a deaf community or a hospital/family practice that deals with a lot of deaf or hard of hearing patients? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
