Hi! My name is Ursula and I am a nursing student at the University of Southern Maine. I have also studied A.S.L. for 3years and I am very interested in being a school nurse for the Deaf.
I have a class assignment to look at a web site for resourses and was very excited when I found N.A.S.N.D. I hope that you can help me please! I need some answers to the following Questions: What items of resource's are included? Are Author's experts in the field? Can Author's be contacted for clarification? Is information available in other formats?Is information factual or opinion? Is there links to other sites? How frequently is the resource updated? Does the site have clear and obvious pointers to new content? How many links does it take to get to something useful? Does the site have a text-based alternative?
I hope that you are able to help me. I will be presenting my information to class to share. Maybe someone else will also be interested in helping the Deaf.
