Bill, thanks for filling me in with more details the other day on the phone. I have you written in on the 2010 schedule and will send an email to the team members to make sure I will have enough help to cover Cross Lake and then Clayton back to back. Keep me informed as time goes on.

Cross Lake - Great location - Good Timing

November 7 2009, 5:30 PM

Bill & Judy,
Was really glad to see this event on the roster. With our daughter in Canandaigua and son in Albany it is great to come back to NY to see them AND enjoy Vintage Racing. We did this two years ago at Chatauqua / Clayton, and look forward to doing CorssLake / Clayton in 2010.
Lets hope we have the bugs worked out of Miss Windy by then. Margo and I will be planning on atending with Miss Windy and/or the Molinari.
With all my years in NY I have never been to Cross Lake. Great location that close to the Syracuse area. The website looked like a super site to hold the event. Looking forward to doing this. What's happening with the Irishman?? No updates on Travis 's site lately.
Regards,
Roger

1st thanks to Roger Hinsdale and Roger LaPierre for the kind words.
Your both on the list for the "Cross Lake Vintage Raceboat Regatta" Aug 6th-8th, in 2010.

Update: Butch Dreher and I had our second meeting with the Owner of the Cross Lake Marina/Restaurant today and arrangements are being made for a "Super Event" next year.

As you can see on their web site posted earlier in this thread it will be a great site to run all classes of Vintage Raceboats.

More info. to follow,
BF
