      Vintage race ready condition - ready to show, vintage race or use for some great fun. Originall known as BLUE LIGHTNING - L-1 - 98 cu in hydro. National champ 1975,76,77 &78. High poing champ 1979,80,81 and 82. 112 MPH on radar gun Lake Washington. Original BMW engine replaced in 1988 with BMW 2002 Tii Alpina engine. Has both fuel injection and gasoline carbs. Original boat was blue but the deck was replaced in 1989 by Ron Jones Jr. and painted red at this time. A blast to run, easy to handle, store and move to all your favorite boating events.
