will play west teams twice and east teams 3 times. it appears to be 30 game season instead of 34 as in the past. |

wow so every other centre suffers so London can add a AA team to a AAA loop. Brilliant. |

The Alliance allowed London to add another AAA team because their two BALANCED AA teams were killing all your AA programs . What's wrong , afraid of being beat by their second AAA team ? |

The 2nd AAA team will be hard pressed to beat teams like Chatham, Hamilton, Huron Perth. Kids are bigger, fast and strong at this level. It will be interesting to watch to see how Green does. |

Nobody is denying that the 2nd AAA team will not be challenged in the AAA loop . But lets be honest here . The west division is WAY stronger than the east division . The 2nd AAA team will be able to compete with your AAA Kitchener , Hamilton , Huron Perth , and possibly Cambridge teams . |

At this age there will be lots of catching up to do, the speed alone will kill them. |

Alliance didn't "allow" London to do this, the "forced" them to make a 2nd AAA team. |

Don't worry about it. Green will be Big, Fast and Strong. They will do just fine. |

They have never played AAA how can you say this?? It is whole other ballgame out there, don't give them high hopes just yet, if you think they are going to go in and mop up you are mistaken. There are teams that have been together for years that don't gel and lose a lot of games. These kids need time to get to know each other and that will take time.If you start off with a handful of losses then trouble will set in and fingers will be pointed from kids and parents. Hopefully the coach rolls the lines and sees what all the kids can do and not have favorites immediately. I wish your team the best of luck this year, if the kids have heart they will be fine.Take each game and learn from it. |

Good luck, compete with Hamilton, Chatham, maybe Huron Perth, thats it. Most, not all are going to AA kids on this Green team. It will take them Dec to adjust to speed, hitting, and mindset of the game.
If DB ends up with the 94s, Gold will take a step back too. |

The second AAA team will be okay if they set their expectations at a reasonable level and try to focus on defense and systems. Good strategic coaching and tight group of kids will go along way to making it a good experience. There will be obvious speed andskill deficiencies which will have to compensated by systems and effort.
Coach has to be the strongest and mosy knowledgeable of the two 95 AAA coaches. Questions is - who is this guy and what is his qualifications ? This is Bantam not Novice.

No disrespect but you are the perfect example of what is wrong with minor hockey in Canada. This presure to WIN is put on sub par coaches who inturn put Sytems in place and recuit the less skilled, older, bigger players in an attemp to have a WINNING team. The job of a minor hockey coach should be to teach SKILLS and develop each individual player to his FULL POTENTIAL. Whether a team wins 5 games or 15 games has absolutely nothing to do with developing a minor hockey player or team. Teach the kids to stop stairing at the puck and don't worry about a few extra wins. |

The second AAA team's job is to feed the first team. If the coach tries to win with a system, he should be replaced as soon as possible.
I have no idea who the coach is, and have no idea what he brings to the table. Hopefully, he's good. |

I dont know why people keep slaggin the hammer they mopped up Huron Perth last year in the playoffs. I would say both Chatham and Hamilton are on the way up, Cambridge on way down in the east and sun county on way down in the west. Sorry london green is going to struggle, was in the aa loop last year and there is a BIG difference between aa and aaa even for the top team in the aa loop. |

Hamilton beat HP in the Loser bowl. I would not be tooting your horn over that. Did the win total of Hamilton and Chatham combined equal the # of wins Cambridge had, or Sun County individually?
See you in September. |

Wolves will be team to beat but Kit is always tough. There will be very few easy games this season.I think Brantford will be a sleeper |

i think everyone has forgotten that hockey is supposed to be enjoyable for the boys and you as parents make it difficult and stressful for the children and start to cause problems between the kids. You can go on and on about AA and AAA and the big difference and no one has the slightest idea about it. Hockey is hockey the mechanics of it all is the same. yes as you get into that extra "A" it is faster and you might have some bigger kids but in the end it is still about putting a puck in the net. |
