Niagara Falls - New Coach - last year a bonus

I don't mind seeing the farm boys do well, good job this year GB, I don't think you will see any GB team finish much higher than 4th or 5th with such a small draw and a tough travel to both home and away games. I don't think anyone puts too much stock in 4 games after proving where you stand after a 36 game schedule!

Heard coach was in Guelph at the first tryout talking to the parents and making promises, waivers were not even granted at that point so that is tampering.

Maybe it is not FG but AH. OHL GM's are trying to get their kids drafted to the NHL and talk to AH all the time to get them drafted. AH is now coaching the Midget Minor level and he talks to OHL teams and voila the kid gets drafted or higher because the OHL guy's respect AH's opinion. Just a thought.

So you think by him coaching it will help kids get drafted. It could also hurt your kid getting drafted.
With this looney group of parents and the way they complain and put other players down, I promise it will hurt their chances and not help. This guy will see that and the fact that these players are not very good and it will ruin them.

you make no sense, gm`s and scouts may ask or will ask the coach about some of his players but in the end the scouts see and report what they see, and the gm`s who also scout get to know the players and their abilities as well. on draft day and beyond it`s the scouting staff and gm`s jobs that are on the line if they draft the wrong players and don`t win or put butts in the seats.

The only reason that joe miggs was at the first guelph tryout is because he was watching his kid on the ice so he can get his f1 waiver so whoever put tampering should think before they post !

Kid is a very good player and really nice kid. The St Kitts parents who constantly slam him and try to put him down need to move on. I know this might upset you, but "he is and will be playing hockey at the next level".

Agree with previous post. Watched the gold medal game at OMHA's and even though Welland did not play in that game this young man actually waited as the winning team's players came off the off and congratulated them. Very classy!!!

That's nice, ask yourself why the other parents don't like HG and his family.
The standard answer will be " his dad's this or that" but that's not the truth its
just easier than saying that its because HG is a good player. His parents seem to have no problem
in Welland or anywhere else? This 95 group is as nuts as they come and jealousy only gets magnified
in Minor Midget. Should be a crazy year in Falcon land.

HG and the family are great people.I have never heard mom or dad say anything bad about another kid and that includes the one everyone thinks they don't like. Now can these St. Kitts people say the same thing about this family. This little group of parents have never said one nice thing about this kid.
