If you are unhappy with the Blues program, leave. I am a Blues parent and I have never met you because no parent has expressed your stated dissatisfaction. It may be that you are from another program trying to muckrake and encourage parents to select a geographic alternative to the Blues.
Again, just leave already and find your greener grass.
