I should not have to leave. The blues should simply follow the ADM and give the practices that the ADM says are necessary to compete in hockey. Its really that simple.

You probably read that and think look how great we are doing. This is actually proof that we are failing to develop our teams. If all the NIHL teams are inadequate or can not compete in there tiers (as evidenced by their season records posted earlier by someone) there is nothing else to be said. You are definetely clueless.
