I agree with 1-3, but 4 is way off. I don't understand what you mean by "playing down", CSDHL Majors play AA and CSDHL Minors plays A, same as every other organizations that has CSDHL.
PeeWee Minors were playing other CSDHL Minor teams along with NIHL Gold teams. (Usually organizations 2nd and 3rd teams)
PeeWee Majors were playing other CSDHL Major teams along with NHIL Elite and Gold teams.
(same goes for Bantams).
Not sure where your confusion lies.
