Lower Tax Base?? Get your brain checked

Have you driven through bensenville lately?? Have you seen the industry and airport lately? What lower tax base are you referring to? That's like saying rosemont has a low tax base... The blues average 3500 per kid with 450 kids in their system... That would be close to 1.6 million.. So yes I am a little off.. But actually it would be higher than the 1.6 because of the CSDHL teams which average about 1000 more than regular fees... Then factor in the rmc and steel and they cant be loosing money too badly if at all... I would hope that if anyone did in fact buy the rink(s) it would be Canlan... I would say all in all the rink probably takes in about 2-2.5 million just in teams not any outside rental... Not horrible
