| Why doesnt one of the big clubs start a good 3 on 3 league for the spring??
They are inexpensive and easy to draw kids. If you have a baseball conflict, no big deal, call a buddy to fill in.
I guess the Rinks & Directors cant make enough pocket $$ off of this, thats why it went away! |

Hey dude.
How about you go buy the ice time. Advertise it, supervise it and get it going.
Don't worry that you won't even break even on it financially. It'll be your opportunity to give back to hockey.
Sounds like your turn.

Chelli has a nice 3 on 3 program at All Seasons. It runs through out the summer. |

The return of 3 on 3 with full ice is coming to IL this spring & summer. Information & rinks are being finalized--more ice, more time, more game. |

SIA had a 3 on 3 tourney for mites & squirts last year. Might have the same this year. Probably a good way to go for Clubs and players, but you have to make it no-check for the upper levels so players aren't flying into the game being played on the adjacent rink. | |
