Keys to Success

1. Play to WIN.
2. Shorten the bench.
3. Bench players who make the same bad decisions repeatedly.

Some coaches get soft and won't do what is necessary. They go home.

No kiddin Frankie, REALLY? I herby nominate this for the stupidest post on CH

1 play to WIN, AMAZING,
2 Shorten the bench. INCREDIBLE, just not too early, or you lose late.
3 Bench players who make the same bad decision repeatedly. COACHING GENIUS, playtime as a motivator, this should be included in ADM.
