      So what does this all mean for supposed Before/After teams, which essentially state/country wide all-star teams attempting to front themselves as a Tier I team, wen they don't even play together all year. Anyone can recruit te best players from all over and compete if USA hockey allows it. When will USA Hockey step in and create some boundaries, so actual "teams" are competing for the #1 spot, not "All-Star" teams. IE, Shattuck St. Mary's pretty much dominating the last 4-5 years at the MM level. Although they don't seem too over powering this year. Maybe some had some insight to leave before this all came down.
