As I said before my post was removed, they do not want minutes posted as they do not want you to know what they are doing to dictate your hockey life.
AHAI members give about $1,000,000 in dues to their slush fund. They do publish a budget and if you review it you can see some of the waste but you cannot see who is taking advantage of the money, but be sure that those on the Board know.
Speak up hockey parents and participate, or your money will be wasted again and again while the kids suffer from overpriced ice and easy money for rink owners and professional youth hockey directors.
AHAI likes to keep it tight so they can benefit from your $100, and they can pacify USA Hockey to ensure the slush fud grows and grows. An occasinal lawsuit forces them to spend money well, like to the benfit and groth of Girls hockey, but other than that, who would know? |
