Huskies Announce Michael Perillo as NEW Midget Hockey Director and Midget
Major Central States Coach...

In keeping with the clubs direction of player development and advancement,
Michael Perillo's proven record to National's, State and CSDHL Championships
at both the Midget Minor/Major Central States levels is what Huskies Midget
players will now have the chance to experience. Perillo brings that "Junior"
experience to the Huskies Midget program from his off-ice conditioning, nutrition, video review, high tempo on-ice training, travel schedule, Midget CSDHL locker-room, Team GM (not a parent) and more.

After taking time-off to help with his daughters careers, Perillo said, "I feel the Huskies should have a competitive Midget program. With my 35 plus years of hockey which includes playing for the Huskies, DI college as well as extensive mentoring/coaching, of which many players have gone on to Juniors, DIII, DII and DI colleges as well as the pros. This allows me to share this with Midget players having those same goals".

Watch the Huskies website for the announcement of a formal "Meet'n Great" of
Michael Perillo, his staff and Huskies Board Members coming later in June at the IIC.

Options are a good thing

AAA families are facing the same economic challenges as everyone else and knowing about MP with the Huskies may be an option for some rather than not playing at all. Players develop at different stages and MP's record proves that players can and do advance from that level.

Of course not at the same percentage, yet it is simply a very good alternative from playing or not playing for financial reasons or just not being taken by a AAA team.

Players and families need to know they have options especially these days and this thread is simply a tool to share that message. Did not mean to post something more negative you could BASH!!! Yet you still seemed to find a way to show your true side.

Very sorry if it offended you "reading's a skill".

I guess I need to apologize. You were just trying to help. Wow thanks for looking after our well being. You're like SGT Hulka...our big toe. Let us all know when you're going to opine on another topic so we can learn from your wisdom. Thanks again.

Actually some of us really do thank you and don't agree with Reader's opinion. Many of us enjoy the helpful comments as this is what the site is about. We try to ignore the bashers because their comments have no purpose/serve no purpose.
Thanks again Teamwork..........

No bashing intented. AA has it's own area. This is AAA. Huskies and MP are AA. But if he's recruiting AAA cuts, that's OK. too.

Good luck to them.

Thank you teamwork for posting on the AAA site. I agree with your statement on financial options for people. MP should be at the AAA level but some found his ways too hard for their skater. I wish more people would have the opportunity to play for MP - he is a proven winner and developer.

Good Luck to you.

During these tough times, the program that MP provides is a very good option for MM players. The Huskies opening press release tells you the complete package MP gives his players. Certainly an option if my son were still able to play MM. Thanks for coming back MP as hockey programs need more like you. Mom...
