there is never more than one goalie. in years past there was only 2 def. and 8 forwards.

No disrespect to the boys chosen, but you must admit this is a joke. My only thougts is that they tried to weed out any bigger, tougher kids. This is a very small team. Maybe the St. Louis folks chose these Ill boys so that their boys looked better??? Any thoughts??

This doesn't even include the few players who were picked for the Districts Camp and chose not to participate. At least one of them would have probably been a shoe-in.

The first kid on the list is actually from Illinois, six feet tall, probably 180 pounds. That's not little for a 13 year old.

His dad is the coach for the St Louis AAA team and he is the goalie.
