Do you really expect us to believe the Mission and TC had anything to do with a player getting into Princeton and many of the others on your list with the exception of St Mary's where he has a special relationship. The girls got into those schools because of the leg work they did, their grades, etc not TC help with the exception of a letter of recommendation, big deal. And if he really did develop those teams through stellar coaching WHY did they lose to the Caps, despite having the advantage of more games played and the a core group of past TI girls. And why did they barely win against the CYA U19 girl despite the typical use of the best players, I'll tell you why, better coaching was seen at the Caps and CYA, its obvious. As far as pretty damn good schools St. Mary's is not a good school and is on no ones list of where to go and their are better tech schools out there than RPI.
AGAIN as has been stated if you want to fall for the fallacy that Mission spouts about development look at this season. They were slated to be the best and ended up, despite all of the tournaments and many, many games played, doing nothing that was impressive. As has been said the majority of the U16 players have been playing together since TI days and every other year are weak, this happens to be their strong year. And as far as the parents on the 12 and 14 teams thinking they have it made, think again, there are girls on the higher level teams that do not have the talent as others on their team and one wonders how they and why they are there when girls have been cut that were more deserving of the spots. Girls BTW that were promised positions because of the integral part they played on the team. So don't be too sure your daughter won't join their ranks unless you are prepared to kiss up and play politics. Many of us won't stoop to that petty level. In the end this is a business, especially since MISSION is the new comer to the girls program there are lots of palms to grease and money to be made and if you want to be an unwitting pawn go ahead, those of us with a little more sense know differently. END POINT no organization is going to get your daughter into some big east coast school without you being the one to do the leg work, having the grades, etc and do not tell me that TC and the Mission holds power at any of those schools with the exception of ST. MARY'S. The Mission is feeding vicariously off of these girls attending these schools and using the names of these schools as any one in business would to advertise their company and attract more business, READ DOLLARS in executive's pockets.
