Both Girls U10 teams are in NIHL Squirt Bronze because there were not enough teams for U10 division play.
Two AAA U12 Girls teams will be playing NIHL PeeWee Silver.

If a girl plays on both the Boys NIHL Team and the Girls NIHL team, how does the AHAI limit on games come into play?

Limits are per team not per player. So dual rostered players (girls & boys; club & high school; multiple house teams) can all play basically double the games, but in theory, they'd have double the practices too.

So far this is how the girls teams are doing in their NIHL co-ed divisions' Tiering Rounds.
PeeWee Silver
CYA U12's 1-0-0
Mission U12's 0-1-0
Squirt Bronze
Yellowjackets U10 1-0-0
Winnetka U10 (have not played yet)
