What has Loyola Gold won in the last 15 years? Can someone please inform me.

They have not won State since before 1995-1996....

They have not won their own Loyola Thanksgiving tournament since before 1998...

The have never won the High School invitation. This includes regular season and playoffs....

Seems like they have not won the Catholic League in a while, could be wrong since I can not find a site for the Catholic League.

Always ranked in top 4 in the State, but in the end they always come up short.

I do believe that last year they won the Prestigious Purple Puck tournament in Washington D.C... taking out powerhouses Walt Whitman and Georgetown on their way to the title.

Loyola Gold won their thanksgiving tournament five years ago. Loyola and Fenwick dominated the Catholic League in the late 1990s before the left for the Midwest Prep League. Exactly, they are always a top contender for the state championship so how have they not accomplished anything? They get to play at the UC and how is that not an accomplishment? Just because GBN or GBS or Rita get a good team for a year and produce a run at that championship and then drop off for a few years. Year in and year out LAG produces a top ranked team in the state. Yeah they might not have a good record in the prep league, but those schools are only there to play hockey and then go off to juniors or D1. A few years ago LFA sent a few guys to OHL and a few to a D1 school. I would much rather play them than some gongshow team who can barely make the red division.

Teams are defined by number of Championships or lack there of.
