Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs, deboned
2 tbsp. UFC Banana Catsup
1/4 Cups Datu Puti Soy Sauce
2 tsp. grated ginger
1-2 small calamansi
salt and white pepper, to taste
about 4 fresh pandan leaves
Golden Fiesta Cooking Oil
Procedure:
1. Cut each chicken thigh into 2 cubes.
2. If the chicken thighs are big, cut each piece into four cubes.
3. Marinate for about 1 hour in UFC Banana Catsup, Datu Puti Soy Sauce, ginger and calamansi juice.
4. Drain from marinade and season with salt and white pepper.
5. Then, bundle up the chicken pieces into square.
6. Tie pandan leaves around and secure with toothpick.
7. Heat oil and fry till done.
8. The pandan leaves will lose their color and get crispy.
9. To serve: Drain off oil but do not untie the pandan leaves.
10. Serve w/ UFC Banana Catsup.
