Chapter 9: Slumberland Arc
Act 33: The Map to Nightmareland

Narrator: Previously on Kouja no Senshi...
Morphus: (smiles) Citizens of Slumberland, may I present to you, Nemo, Rini and Hotaru; My chosen heirs to the throne and the Kouja no Senshi.
Hotaru: (sweatdrops) Uh, about that...
Before she could finish, the people applauded and cheered while the three looked a bit worried, though they were held close by their friends.
Morpheus: And by heir, it will be Prince Nemo, Princess Rini, Lady Hotaru, and the Kouja no Senshi heroes' duty to protect Slumberland from the Nightmare King, as I have done.
He then pulled out the scepter as she continued.
Morpheus: The Royal Scepter; The Morning Star; our soul defense will be passed down to the princess and her friends. Now, stand back, children.
They stood aside as she pointed to the roof, which started to open the roof dome to the sky.
Morpheus: My friends and heirs, bare witness to the power of the Royal Scepter!
He then pointed his scepter to the sky, beginning to shout as the scepter began to glow.
Bosco: (pause) Okay, is he making magic crap or is he drunk>
Suddenly, the staff fired a blast into the air and lit up the sky and the room as well, the crowd gasped at the power of it, while the lion and cats yelped in fear.
Prince John: Ooooh! Mommy!
He began to suck his thumb, much to the fat wolf and Sir Hiss' embarrassment.
Maximus: I want my mommy!!
Nemesis: Where's daddy when I need him?!
Cosmo: Gah! I swear, I didn't know she was in the car!!!
Wanda: (sweatdrop) Cosmo.
The animals clinged to each other while the humans and most of the good guys looked amazed.
Bloo: (quietly) Cheap effect.
Mr. Stubborn: I agree!
Grievous: Silence!
When the scepter powered down, the king turned to the audience.
Morpheus: Let it be known to everyone that the power to use this scepter is given only to my heirs and me.
The crowd was shocked at what the old man had said as did the pink dog.
Courage: Ooooh!
Morpheus: However, since they are so young, and this weapon so dangerous, it cannot be given to either of them until they have grown in wisdom and strength.
The crowd, Kouja no Senshi, and Nemo all sighed in relief.
Cosmo: Okkkkkay, but what does it got to do with this movie?
Most of the group looks confused as Morpheus spoke.
Morpheus: Nemo, Rini, Hotaru, it is time. Step forward...(to the heroes) you too.
They nodded, then obeyed as they stepped forward, then got on one knee. Morpheus, picked up the crowns (one of them looking like the crown the lion stole from his brother) and medallions from the pillows, then placed them on Nemo, Prince John, and the Kouja no Senshi.
Morpheus: I hereby crown you "Prince Nemo"..."Princess Rini"..."Princess Hotaru"..."Prince John"...and "Kouja no Senshi, Heroes of the Real World"; Royal eminences of all Slumberland! As princes and princess, my friends, you must guard and protect my gift to you; the golden key.
Nemo: (realizes) Uh, gosh...uh...thank you, I think.
The serpant-like blob was on the floor, trying to sneak past all the guests, but then, all of a sudden, a woman stepped on it and screamed like a banshee.
Woman: AHHHH!!
With that, the lights broke and the band stopped playing immediately. The king noticed and then looked down in shock as he saw the mass crawling up his leg, trying to wrap itself around him.
Morpheus: (gasps) The nightmare!
Max and Psycho: We know!
The group gasped as Judge Doom could only smile wickedly.
Judge Doom: (to himself) The time has come!
Kate: Hang on!
Camille: Father!!
The two quickly grabbed him.
Miss Sunshine: Please, let him go, whatever you are, you thing you!
Mr. Happy: (worried) Miss Sunshine, get out of there before something horrible happens!
Mr. Rude: Why are you worried about her?
Mr. Happy: Miss Sunshine...she's...my everything...(sadly) without her, I wouldn't be so happy anymore.
Mr. Rude: (shoves him) Then grab her, you dolt!
He nodded, quickly taking Miss Sunshine's hand.
Mr. Happy: Don't worry, your majesty, I will help you.
Just then, the three were also entangled.
Three: AHHHH!!
Penny: Bolt! Speak!
Bolt used his super bark on it, though only freeing Miss Sunshine and Mr. Happy.
Miss Sunshine: Oh, thank you, Bolt.
They heard the old man and troublemaker grunting and struggling, but the mass dove into the ground, and in a poof of black smoke, it sprayed the room. When it all cleared, the blob with its captives were gone. Everyone was gasping in fear.
Shirly: Oh no...
Camille: (crying) Father...(falls on her knees) No, father...
She then began sobbing a bit. Just as the non-fighters, as well as Virgil, came to their friends the professor was stunned.
Sailor Mars: Kate...no...
Just then, they noticed a glimpse of some familiar foes before they were instantly glowing.
Team Spicer: TELEZOOMER!
In an instant, they were gone.
Hotaru: Oonichan James?
Nemo: Huh?
Rini: The scepter!
She then felt something under the bed, gasping before noticing the Kouja no Senshi (with Hotaru) below them.
Nemo: Guys? What are you doing in my room?
Shirly: Strange, we should have all woken up at this point.
Courage: (gasps) You mean we're still stuck here?
Shirly: Or worse...without King Morpheus, I have a feeling the dream world and real world are colliding together.
The group looked more worried.
Sailor Mars: Still...I can't believe Kate's been taken. She may be a troublemaker, but-
Voice: Nemo...
All: Huh?
The group got up and opened the door. They looked around the house they were in.
Hotaru: Your Majesty?
Rini: Morpheus?
Nemo: Morphy? Where are you?
Morpheus' Voice: Nemo...
They looked at the crack to the kitchen door. The group then went downstairs, then Nemo, Rini, and Hotaru took a peek at the fridge with a message glowing green saying "Remember your promise".
Morpheus' Voice: Nemo...
Then, he gasped as the symbol to the key and forbidden door appeared.
Nemo: Oh no!
Just then, the fridge grew giant sized, and the doors to it opened up and water flowed out of it like a river. They gasped as they slammed the door shut, but it busted down by the might of the waters.
Maximus: I hate water, even in dreams!
Hotaru: At least it's not milk!
Rini: Don't remind us.
Nemesis: Upstairs, now!
Betty: Move it!
Hector: Now, let us proceed with dominating the dream universe while we've still got a few hours left 'til awakening.
Ghastly: (concerned) Chief?
Hector: Not now, Major Doctor. We're busy.
Katz: Now, since the Nightmare King is freed, my ghostly comrade, perhaps you could join us, perhaps?
Then, a ghost-like figure came to the ground. There, a lavender version of Delete with a blackened hand and red eyes came to them.
Piedmon: So you're the one who nearly destroyed the Cybersquad twice, huh? I'm impressed...too bad you had to die too early, Blackjack.
Blackjack: Hmph, at least in the dream world, I'm still realistic.
Judge Doom: Perhaps we can offer you something...another chance at life and vengeance against Delete.
Skarr: Why does he hate Delete, even I don't know.
Ember: I gotta admit he is cool, despite being a ghost.
Skulker: (frowns) I resent that!
Blackjack: And how would you people try to bring me to life?
Envy: With Alchemy, of course.
Judge Doom: With a little help from an Egyptian item, of course...he-he-he.
Blackjack: (surprised) You can actually do that?
Hector: Uh, maybe...for a price.
Mirage: Don't blow it!
As they were discussing, Kate only touched her lips, looking concerned as she blushed slightly.
Kate: I still can't believe it...I kissed him...they said this syndrome was to go away when I kissed...but why do I still have my heart laid to him?
Back with Nemo and his friends, the next thing they knew was that they were floating in calm waters.
Nemo: What happened?
Bloo: I don't konow but let me know when I throw up, okay?
Grievous: Don't you dare!
Then, lightning struck the water in the distance, causing the group to slide backward onto the bed. The group recovered as they saw some water piling up to form an image of Morpheus, which soon melted back in the water.
Virgil: King Morpheus. Oh dear.
Nemo: I'm...I'm so sorry...what kind of prince am I?
Fred: The artist? What do I win?
Robin Hood: Not now, Fred.
Hotaru: And we failed to uphold as princesses...what kind are we anyway?
Rini: Are we the kind of royal who let the King get nabbed?
Maximus: I hate to say it, but we have to face facts: None of us were made for royalty.
Shirly: Don't beat up on yourselves, please.
Courage: Besides, you didn't know what was on that other side of the door. I bet you were just curious.
Nemo: (sighs) Thanks but it won't forgive the fact that Rini, Hotaru, and I caused Morphy to get kidnapped.
Hotaru: We shoulda kept our promise.
Sailor Moon then looked into the mist and saw someone floating.
Sailor Moon: Guys, what's that?
The group looked and saw a familiar professor sitting in a fetal position on a briefcase, which was used like a raft.
Oliver: Who...
Danny Cat: It's the professor!
The group paddled over to the man as they waved.
Nemesis: (waving) Hey, sir! It's us!
Fuzzy: We're over here, dammit!
Boots: Hey!
Kouja no Senshi: Over here!
Nemo: It's all of us, this way, over here!
The professor's head lifted up as he turned around.
Professor Genius: Nemo? Kouja no Senshi?
All: Professor!
Professor Genius: (surprised) It is you!
The group neared him as the Freedom Fighters prepared to help him in.
Sally: Grab on carefully!
When he got on, he took his briefcase along the bed.
Professor Genius: Oh, Nemo. I feared we've seen the last of you and your friends.
Sailor Cluster Prime: Yeah, about that...
Rini: Where's Morphy?
Professor Genius: Far away...he's been taken away to Nightmareland, all of Slumberland weeps for him.
Hotaru: (sadly) It's because of us...it's our fault. Miss Kaori blaming me alot is bad enough as it is...
Professor Genius: No, my dear friends, don't blame yourselves. It was Flip's fault. You said he persuaded you into opening the door.
Nemo: No, it was the three of us who made the promise to the King, and we're the ones who broke it.
Delete: (groaning) I think we broke our promise too. We promised we would make sure they stay safe, but they aren't...
Danny: Look, I know this looks bad, but we can fix this. We should fight the Nightmare King, especially since it was he who was after Slumberland to begin with. If we stop the Nightmare King, then everything will be set right.
Professor Genius: (sighs) But without the royal scepter, there's no hope in saving him.
Nemo: Royal Scepter?
He then took a familiar scepter out.
Nemo: We have it right here, see?
He looked surprised and grinned.
Professor Genius: Why, so you have, my boy. We must take it to him right away!
Just then, the professor realized something.
Professor Genius: (frowns) Oh no! None of us even know how to get there.
Rini then gasped, remembering something.
Rini: Wait...
(Flashback)
Nemo: So, you really know where the king is, huh?
Flip: (nods) Of course, I know everything around here.
Bowser: (to himself) At least Gannon dork, Jafar, Father, and that dragon the Phage offered an alliance to aren't here.
Iago: Tell me about it.
Flip then took out something from his coat.
Flip: I am the exclusive, the one and the only holder of the official map of-
Then, he got out a map with a dark place on it.
Group: Nightmareland?
Flip then gasped as he looked at the map of Nightmareland.
Flip: Oops, wrong one.
He then switched the map and pulled out a different map.
Nemo: Oh, Slumberland!
Flip: Ya betcha, kid.
(Flashback ends)
Rini: Flip knows where it is. He has a map of Nightmareland.
Professor Genius: He does?
Virgil: We saw it ourselves before we met the king.
Professor Genius: Oh dear, it might be too late.
Minimus: What do you mean?
Professor Genius: He is to be banished into space, in a very short time.
Minimus: (switches heads) You idiot!
Digit: Oh crap!
Nemo: (sighs) Then we gotta stop it.
Sawyer: We have to hurry!
They began to paddle as the female cat looked at both Virgil and Maximus.
Nemesis: Help us out, chicken! Help us paddle. You too, Maximus.
Virgil: (frowns) I am not a chicken, I am a fowl!
Mighty Max: Stop complaining and start paddling! We have no time to waste!
Maximus: I don't do water!
Betty: Just do it!
Jake Long: Yeah, dog.
Misty: We're gonna need help.
The Pokemon Trainers brought out their water Pokemon as they were tied with the ropes, helping them pull the bed.
Ash: All right, let's head out together!
Pokemon Trainers: RIGHT!
He groaned as he began paddling.
Professor Genius: Yes, my friends.
He then began to paddle the other side of the bed while Ling Ling got on top of the bed with Minimus and Icarus.
Three: Heave-ho! Heave-ho! Heave-ho!
When day came, at some ancient ruins of Slumberland, a drum roll played as Camille, back in her first princess clothing, watched the captain and his men preparing Flip. The clown was shoved to the bottom half of a green cannonball with blue stars on it. Then, the captain took out a blindfold, preparing to give it to him.
Flip: Blindfold? Are you kidding? I wanna enjoy the show!
Captain: Ready the cannon!
Flip then realized what was happening as the guards were trying to screw the top of the cannonball to the bottom half, but Flip tried to keep it from coming while his cigar was starting to create huge smoke inside.
Flip: Wait! What are you doing? No!
He started coughing a little. Meanwhile, with Nemo's group, they were inches away from the island where the cannon fire was taking place. Back by the cannon, after getting the ball completely screwed in with Flip inside, the guards lifted the ball into the cannon.
Flip's Voice: (inside) Hey, let me outta here! I'll turn over a new leaf, trust me. AHHH!!
He yelped as the cannon lifted up and the ball rolled back until it was loaded.
Captain: Ready on my command!
When the group reached the shore, the heroes (minus Virgil, the professor, Courage, and Shirly) ran ahead of the ones left behind.
