I'm making a fully beaded dance crown. I'll post photos when I'm done with it. Some of you may know that I only have solar electric, so I can't run my sewing machine at night. So, I do my beadwork at night, using a small fluorescent bulb.

That's also why I can't get on line at night. So, if I'm late replying to any of you who e-mail me, it's because of my limited electric. If I had more electric, I'd probably be up all night sewing, LOL!

As I said, I can only do my beadwork at night when I can't run my sewing machine. That beaded crown is halfway done now.

I plan on making two or three of them a year, maybe complete sets with the hair ties, necklaces with drops, etc.

I will post a photo as soon as I'm finished.

I really like how that crown is coming along. Those beaded ones usually give a headache, but if that one doesn't give me one, I'm keeping it.

If I offer it for sale, it will be for $600 with a back piece added.

The colors are the same as the beadwork you see in the photo of the red and black ribbon work outfit (photo at top of page). The customer who bought the outfit already has her beadwork...so I kept the beadwork. That's why I made the crown to match as far as colors go. The design is different though.
