Barry ....Your points are well made regarding potential problems , however your suggestion of possession of said roads to AFA and negative impact as their responsibility , may be misleading to the general public who once again may perceive that AFA are responsible for enforcement. As you well know but fail to mention , the AFA build and maintain these roads which ultimately belong to the people , including those recreaionalists that benefit from their use and elect those responsible for enforcement. It must be difficult at times to forward objectives of ABR and maintain certain unbiased opinions , and as Executive Director of ABR, obligation of accurate explanations of such delicate matters is a huge responsibility.......G-Day John
